Kate L.

Kate L. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kate began their career as an HR Assistant for Nutricia in 2004, where they worked until 2006. From there, Kate joined Wincanton as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2008. Kate then moved on to Statoil, where they served as an HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2010. Kate then worked as a Training & Development Advisor for Eni Norge AS from 2010 to 2012. After a career break to live in Houston, Texas, they became available for short term/contract/project work, starting in 2012 and lasting until 2015. Kate joined The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) as an HR Manager from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Kate holds the position of Chief People Officer at Phoebus Software, a role they have been in since July 2017.

Kate L.'s education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology from the University of Southampton from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management with Human Resources from the University of Bath, attending from 2001 to 2002.
