Sam Down

Sam Down is a Senior Information Technology Technician at Phoebus Software, with prior roles as a Network Analyst and Service Desk Analyst since April 2016. Previously, Sam served as an ICT Support Officer and IT Technician at Birmingham City Council from May 2012 to April 2016, gaining significant experience in managing extensive networking systems in a large secondary school environment. Earlier experience includes a role as an Online QA Technician at Codemasters from April to September 2011, contributing to the quality assurance process of a popular triple-A video game.
