Stephen McGhee

Stephen McGhee currently serves as the Managing Director at Phoenix Abbey, a position held since March 2025, where the focus is on ensuring that children and young people in care have access to transformative environments. Previously, Stephen held roles at Spark of Genius from October 2002 to March 2025, including Managing Director, Depute Managing Director, and Development Manager, contributing to the provision of high-quality therapeutic care and education for children and young people. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Business Administration and Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
