Matthew Richards

Matthew Richards is an Associate Director at Phoenix Consulting, where they lead the Phoenix account for Thames Water and oversee multiple commercial management roles, including the Drought Programme. They previously served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Affinity Water within the Programme Management Office and held various positions at Thames Water, including Managing Quantity Surveyor. Matthew began their career at Willmott Dixon as a Trainee Surveyor and Assistant Project Surveyor. They hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Construction Management, along with an HND in Construction Management and an HNC in Quantity Surveying from Thames Valley University and the University of West London.
