Hi, I’m Christine Conti, the Founder of Phoenix Counseling Center in Charleston, SC, and a licensed professional counselor (LPC.)

Though I provide general counseling for many different life issues, I specialize in working with adults and young professionals who are challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or just plain stuck in life.

With over ten years of counseling experience, I combine a solutions-focused approach with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and teach my clients to be more mindful in their everyday lives. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

For those seeking an alternative to traditional talk therapy, I also offer a unique approach called “Sand Tray Therapy.” This therapeutic technique uses a sand tray and small tools, toys, or figurines to help people express themselves without words. 

It can be an effective way to help people cope with trauma and anxiety, as well as express their feelings in therapy without needing words.
