Mitch Winter

Mitch Winter has accumulated over a decade of work experience in the technology sector. Mitch currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology at Phoenix Services, LLC, where they lead a global team and manages multiple service contracts. Mitch has successfully implemented various initiatives, including a global MDM solution and an IT Inventory Program, resulting in improved user support experience and significant cost savings. Prior to their current role, Mitch held positions such as Director of Information Technology at Philadelphia Youth Network and Operations Systems Manager at Rhoads Industries. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive business transformation, and enhance efficiency. Mitch also served as the System Operations Manager at Northeast Building Products, where they oversaw IT support for manufacturing machinery and established KPIs.

Mitch Winter attended Lincoln Tech from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Certificate in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications, including the A+ Certification from CompTIA in November 2008 and the Root Cause certification from the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) in April 2020.
