Andrew Thacker has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Beginning a career as a Customer Service Representative at Aviva from September 1998 to September 2008, Andrew then advanced to AdminRe UK as a Call Centre Resource Manager from September 2008 to October 2017. Following that role, a transition to ReAssure occurred, serving both as a Project Manager and Customer Service Manager from October 2017 to March 2021. Currently, Andrew is a Business Readiness Manager at Phoenix Group since June 2022. Andrew holds multiple qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, including Life and pensions foundations LF1, Pensions administration FA2, and Life office administration FA1, in addition to a GCSE from Long Stratton High School.
