Annette Wright

Annette Wright is an experienced professional in customer analytics and insights, currently serving as the Head of Customer MI and Analytics at Phoenix Group since May 2023. Prior roles include Head of Insight Operations and Head of Customer Analytics at Virgin Media, and Management Consultant in Strategy and Transformation at IBM, specializing in Marketing, CRM, and Analytics across various sectors. Annette also held the position of Group Customer Analysis Manager at Centrica and Head of Customer Scoring at Barclays Bank, focusing on customer behavior modeling and data management. Academically, Annette holds an MBA with Distinction and an MSc in Management Science & Operational Research with Distinction from the University of Warwick, as well as a First Class Honours BSc in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
