David Harrison has extensive experience in risk management and regulatory capital within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Group Regulatory Capital Director and Chief Risk Officer for Asset Management at Phoenix Group since April 2022, David previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at ReAssure from December 2015 to April 2022. Prior to that, David was the Head of Financial Risk Management and Senior Actuary at Swiss Re from December 2008 to December 2015. David began his career as an Actuarial Consultant at Unity Willis Towers Watson, where David worked from April 2001 to April 2008. David holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
