Eric Smith has over 25 years of experience in programme and project management, primarily within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery and Programme Director for Colleague Technology Transformation at Phoenix Group since August 2018, Eric previously held various roles at Standard Life UK from 2007 to 2020, including Senior Programme Manager and Programme Manager, where successful projects were delivered across Finance, Data Governance, and Workforce Optimization. Earlier experience includes finance management roles at Diageo and PwC, as well as a background as a Chartered Accountant. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Studies and Accounting from The University of Edinburgh.
