Jeni Pearson

Jeni Pearson has extensive experience in the financial services sector, specifically within product strategy and development for pensions and savings. Currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy and Development at Phoenix Group since November 2010, Jeni has defined key product strategies and constructed a skilled team to drive innovative solutions. Previous roles at Phoenix Group include Head of Proposition, where strategic direction for closed products and investments was established, and Group Customer Head of Risk and Governance, leading efforts in customer risk and governance. Earlier experience at Diligenta involved managing business requirements for a Life and Pensions Administration system, while a foundational role at LISS Systems included senior project management and systems architecture. Jeni holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
