Nigel Biggs is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service sector. Since 1992, Nigel has served as the Head Chef and Catering Manager at Phoenix Group, a prestigious FTSE 250 company recognized as one of Britain’s Top Employers in 2015, specializing in the management and acquisition of closed life and pension funds. Prior to this role, Nigel gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at AMI Priory Hospital from 1982 to 1991, where responsibilities included overseeing kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef. Nigel's culinary career began at Penns Hall Hotel, now Ramada, from 1977 to 1982, where Nigel completed an apprenticeship under Executive Chef Sergio Grassi and rose to the position of Chef Tournant.
