Rob Spencer is a seasoned technology leader with a diverse background in engineering and AI. Having begun their career as an Electronics Engineer in the Army, Rob transitioned to the Royal Signals as one of the first Information Systems Engineers, winning the Top Student Award. They have since managed significant infrastructure projects in the private sector, including serving as Head of Agile Delivery at Metro Bank and as a Project Manager for major financial institutions. Currently, as AI Engineering Lead at Phoenix Group and co-founder of Futurr.Me, Rob focuses on innovative recruitment solutions and embedding AI technologies into development practices. They continue to explore opportunities that blend strategic leadership with hands-on technical innovation.
