Simon Butler

Simon Butler is an experienced professional with a background in proposition governance and digital delivery within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Proposition Governance at Phoenix Group since November 2020, Simon previously held roles including TCC Digital Delivery at Aviva, Proposition Lead for Digital Workplace at Friends Life UK, and Proposition Adviser at Friends Life, where responsibilities included developing propositions in response to legislative changes.
