Simon Hodges

Simon Hodges is an experienced professional in the field of performance and reward management, currently serving as the Performance & Reward Director at Phoenix Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Head of Total Rewards at Danske Bank from August 2020 to May 2023. Simon's extensive career at Barclays spanned over a decade, where roles included Managing Director and Head of Reward across various functions, as well as Director of Compensation & Benefits. Notably, Simon established the Reward Analytics Function and led the Reward Governance team starting in 2010. Earlier in the career, Simon worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets Audit. Simon Hodges earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oxford between 1996 and 1999.
