In these positions, Steve oversees operational risk and control frameworks across various sectors, chairs oversight committees, and manages regulatory risk and compliance for outsourced service providers. Prior experience includes senior compliance roles at Capita and Resolution, as well as compliance management at Bankhall. Steve began his career at Wesleyan Assurance Society and holds a BSc in Geography from The University of Huddersfield.
