Steve Wright

Steve Wright is an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant at Phoenix Group since October 2021, following a varied career in Oracle technology roles. Previous positions include Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant and Oracle Consultant at Standard Life Assurance, and Oracle Fusion Consultant at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed managing system tests for Oracle Fusion across large employee bases and coordinating both onshore and offshore teams. With a foundational background at AEGON UK, Steve led numerous HR technology projects and managed HR system delivery teams while also fulfilling multiple roles from HR Planning and Systems Specialist to Project Manager in migration efforts. Steve holds educational credentials from Dunfermline High School and Kirkcaldy College.
