Susan Millar

Susan Millar is an experienced People Consultant at Phoenix Group since September 2018, previously holding various HR roles at Standard Life UK, including HR Case Consultant and Employment Policy Consultant, from March 2008 to August 2018. Prior to that, Susan worked as an HR Consultant at VisitScotland and held the position of Senior HR Advisor at BBC from November 1998 to March 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in History of Art from the University of St Andrews, a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, a CIPD Professional Development Scheme from Manchester Open Learning, and a Specialist Paralegal Certificate in Employment Law from the University of Strathclyde.
