Susan Morrison has extensive project and programme management experience, currently serving as a Contract Project Manager at Phoenix Group since November 2020. Previously, at Lloyds Banking Group from March 2015 to November 2020, Susan held the position of Senior Project Manager, and prior to that, worked as a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis at HEINEKEN, successfully delivering a Purchase to Pay project. From 2001 to August 2013, Susan worked at Standard Life as a Programme Manager, overseeing various integration and operational improvement initiatives, as well as finance and systems transformations.
