Tim Finbow Cemap

Tim Finbow CeMAP has extensive experience in regulatory change management and compliance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Regulatory Change Manager at Phoenix Group since December 2015, Tim has also held various roles including Operational Risk Consultant and Regulatory Relationship Consultant, focusing on PRA and FCA regulations. Prior experience includes roles at a major UK bank as a QA Check the Checker for PPI and QA for the CCA Remediation project, as well as positions at UKAR and other banking institutions, primarily involving quality assurance and case handling for PPI claims and banking complaints. Tim holds a BSc in Business and Technology from The Nottingham Trent University.
