Tom McGovern

Tom McGovern is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, engagement strategies, and crisis management. Currently serving as the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager at Phoenix Group since July 2022, Tom has previously held key roles at UK Research and Innovation and the University of Bradford, where notable achievements included leading the COVID-19 communications response and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
