Val North is currently working at Phoenix Group as the Business Governance Lead for Pensions & Savings. Prior to this, Val held various roles at RBS for over three decades, including Regulatory Risk Manager, Product Manager, Remediation Manager, and Business Relationship Manager. Val also briefly worked as a Temporary Call Operator for COVID-19 at NHS. Val is a Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland graduate and attended Kelso High School.
