Wendy Cunningham

Wendy Cunningham has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Wendy currently holds the role of HR COO at Phoenix Group since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Experian from 2009 to 2021, taking up various positions including HR Director for Global HR Strategy & Services, Global HR Technology, Analytics and Talent Acquisition Director, Group Reward Director, HR Director for Global HR Projects, and Global Talent Director. Before joining Experian, they served as Chief of Staff at Barclaycard from 2006 to 2009 and as HR Director at Barclaycard International from 2005 to 2006. Wendy began their career at Barclays, where they held various HR positions from 1997 to 2005.

Wendy Cunningham attended the University of Strathclyde from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Industrial Relations.
