Florian Coman has extensive experience in logistics and operational excellence, having held various managerial roles in prominent companies such as Stockday and Red Bull. From 2018 to 2023, Florian managed logistics operations for B2B e-commerce at Heineken Romania before taking on a position at Red Bull as Logistics & Customer Service Manager. Currently, Florian serves as the Head of Facility Management and Operational Excellence & PMO at PHOENIX group. Florian is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Master’s degree in Logistics Management at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
