Florian Eder has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily with the PHOENIX group. In their most recent role as Head of Transformation & Communication (Corporate IT & Digital) starting in February 2022, they oversee the transformation and communication efforts within the company's IT and digital departments. Prior to this, they served as a Digital Project Portfolio Manager from June 2020 to February 2022, where they managed various digital projects.
Before joining the PHOENIX group, Florian worked as a Business Innovation Manager at PXG Health Tech GmbH from August 2019 to May 2020, where they focused on driving innovation in the healthcare sector.
Florian's early career at the PHOENIX group included roles such as Business Innovation Manager (Corporate Business Innovation) from May 2017 to July 2019, Strategic Assistant to the Managing Director from October 2013 to April 2017, and participating in a Dual Course of Study from October 2010 to September 2013.
Florian Eder has a strong educational background in Business Administration (Management in Commerce). Florian obtained a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from two institutions. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they pursued their degree. During the same period, they also studied at The Open University, further enhancing their knowledge in the field.
In addition to their academic achievements, Florian Eder has acquired several certifications. In August 2020, they obtained a Professional Certification in Scrum Master from Scrum.org. This was followed by their completion of the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification in February 2021, also from Scrum.org. Most recently, in May 2022, they completed the PHOENIX IT Leadership Program from The DO, further demonstrating their commitment to professional development.
