Iulia Simba is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Technical Service Manager at PHOENIX group since February 2018, having also held the positions of IT Service Delivery Manager and 2nd level OCC Infrastructure Support Coordinator. Previously, Iulia worked at adidas as Assistant Service Desk Manager and Store Development Team Coordinator from January to December 2017. Before this, experience as a Service Desk Specialist at Pirelli involved supporting global employees in multiple languages. Iulia began a career in education as an English Trainer with Close to YOUth Association.
