Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson is an accomplished project leader currently serving as the Director of Project Management for the Phoenix Suns, where they spearhead strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. Previously, they held executive roles at ServicEngine BPO, including Vice President of Global Service Delivery, successfully enhancing service operations and client satisfaction. Mark's earlier experience includes pivotal positions at Benefitfocus, SAIC/Leidos, and TEKsystems, where they managed multimillion-dollar projects and implemented innovative solutions. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Miami University and hold certifications as a ScrumMaster and Project Management Professional.
