Founded in 2008 by Xiaofeng H. Foret, a former Chinese Women’s Volleyball National Team player. Phoenix Volleyball School has grown to be one of the greatest place for girls and boys to learn volleyball in the bay area. Our goal is to give participants the opportunity to improve their skills and learn new ones. The classes are designed for those who want to learn and practice the individual and team skills involved in volleyball. Students will be taught the correct technique to serve, pass, set, hit, block and dig the ball by World Class Volleyball Player-Coach Foret ( Xiaofeng Hu. Foret) and her coaching staffs. Participants will practice these skills with fun drill and game situations.
