David Douin

David Douin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career as a Senior Auditor at Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now known as KPMG) in 1982. After working there for four years, they joined Shape Inc. as the Controller of Subsidiaries from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 2004, they were the Chief Financial Officer/President at Docdata New England, Inc., an international CD manufacturing group. Following this, they established their own small tax and accounting practice called David Douin & Associates, LLC, where they served as a CPA and Tax Principal from 2003 to 2019. In 2012, they became the Principal/Chief Financial Officer at Griffon Security Technologies, LLC, a commercial security integrator. Currently, they hold the position of Principal/President at Phoenix Welding, a company specializing in welding and pipe fitting services for the oil and gas industry.

David Douin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern Maine between 1978 and 1982.
