Lee McQueen is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. As the Founder and CEO of Phoenix51 since September 2020, McQueen emphasizes the importance of data-driven hiring processes. Earlier career roles include Development Director at Amscreen, where McQueen contributed to making the company a leader in digital signage, and Sales & Delivery Manager at Capita IT Resourcing, overseeing a team and managing sales activities.
