AJ Maxwell

AJ Maxwell is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, recruitment, and customer relations. Beginning as an Insurance Sales Agent at Allstate from February 2014 to February 2017, AJ managed the sales cycle from lead generation to account management. Following this, AJ served as a Customer Relations Representative for Southwest Airlines from March 2017 to December 2019, where effective customer service skills were highlighted through handling various inquiries. Transitioning into recruitment, AJ worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page from April 2022 to May 2023, and subsequently joined Phoenix - Your Professional Search Partner in May 2023. Previous experience includes a short-term role as a Product Manager for Samsung Electronics through Intelliswift Software, Inc. in early 2020, and as a Recruiting Consultant at Osborne - Recruitment Consultancy in 2021.
