Jim Berg

Jim Berg has over 24 years of experience at Phonak, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Network within Sonova Corporate IT, where responsibilities include managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Global Network operations. Throughout tenure at Phonak, Jim has held multiple positions, including Manager of Network Technologies and Network Technology Services / Datacenter Manager for the Americas, and has contributed to the Green and Safety committees. Prior to Phonak, Jim was the IT Manager/Sr. Network Administrator at Pinnacle Computers, leading IT efforts until the company's closure, and held the role of Vice President/IT Manager at Hawthorne Equities Management, overseeing comprehensive operations at a startup firm. Educational achievements include a Certified Meraki Network Operator certificate from Cisco Networking Academy and MCSE course studies, alongside various accolades in Information Technology and Real Estate.
