Marvin Johnson

Marvin Johnson has built a robust career in direct sales, starting as a Sales Representative for Diamond Resorts, where foundational sales skills were developed. They advanced to roles at Zales and Best Buy Mobile, ultimately leading to a position as a Sales Associate at Comcast, where they gained extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry. As a Community Account Representative, Marvin fostered relationships across hundreds of properties before moving into a supervisory role in North Jersey, where they focus on building partnerships and enhancing customer experiences. Currently, they serve as the Direct Sales Manager at Xfinity Communities, coaching and leading sales supervisors while optimizing sales processes and customer engagement. Marvin is also pursuing a degree at Atlantic Cape Community College.
