Rishabh Goyal

Rishabh Goyal is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience at PhonePe since July 2016, where Rishabh has designed, built, and scaled the Payments Platform, demonstrating a deep understanding of software architecture and a proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Rishabh's passion for open source software is evident through significant contributions to the PhonePe OSS charter and various other OSS projects. Notably, Rishabh was the first hackathon winner at PhonePe's HackathOne in 2018. Prior to PhonePe, Rishabh worked at Flipkart from January 2013 to June 2016, progressing through several engineering roles. Rishabh holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.
