Rushil Arora

Rushil Arora currently serves as State Head at PhonePe, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Rushil was a Senior Area Sales Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited from November 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing key accounts in the Noida and Ghaziabad regions, driving P&L ownership, consulting C-level customers, and leading a team of Senior and Key Account Managers. Rushil's earlier experience includes being a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank, where team management and strategic planning were emphasized, and internships at MyTVS and Infosys, focusing on market analysis and software development respectively. Rushil holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Panjab University.
