Stephen Flood

Stephen Flood is an experienced professional in operations management and analytics with a diverse background in telecommunications and utility services. Currently serving as the Field Operations Director at PhoneWatch since November 2014, Stephen oversees the safety of over 120,000 customers through monitored alarm solutions. Prior to this, Stephen held the role of Operational Analytics Manager at Irish Water, where responsibilities included supporting various customer operations functions with operational analytics. Stephen's earlier experience includes significant positions at eircom, such as Head of Multi Channel Contact Centres and General Manager for Directory Enquiries, leading business performance and strategic development initiatives. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology and a Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Managing People from IBEC/DIT.
