Ron Hess

Ron Hess has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, starting as a Senior Process Engineer at Vitesse Semiconductor in 1998 and later transitioning to RFMD as a Staff Process Engineer in 2006. Ron then moved on to Phononic in 2011, where they held the role of Senior Process Engineering Manager, contributing to the company's recognition as a CNBC Disruptor 50 Company. In 2018, they took on the position of Principal Quality Engineer at Phononic, where they continue to work on innovative cooling and heating solutions.

Ron Hess obtained a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA in the years 1997 to 2000. Ron also holds a Fundamentals of Engineering Certification (FE Exam).
