Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is the current Director at Phool.co, a position they have held for the past two years. Prior to this, they were with Madura Micro Finance Ltd for four years, KrishiKalpa foundation for two years, and CreditAccess Grameen Limited for one year. Manoj has also worked with the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), Sustain Plus Energy Foundation, and Phool.co, in various capacities. Manoj holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (F.I.R.S.T.), and a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute for Genetics and Society, India. Manoj is also a Certified B Corporation Director.

Manoj Kumar has completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
