Catherine Beech

Catherine joined PhoreMost's Board as a non-executive director in February 2020, serving as Chair of the Board from December 2020 until March 2022 when she resumed her role as a non-executive director upon the appointment of Founder and former CEO Chris Torrance to the position of Chair. She has over 25 years of biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience, 12 of which were within the pharma industry-leading drug development programmes in hypertension, heart failure, Parkinson’s Disease, and HIV. Since 1999, she has worked extensively to commercialise novel technologies in the life sciences.

Catherine joined the scientific founders to establish the biotech company Exonate where she is CEO. Catherine has a degree in medicine from Birmingham University and in 2008 was awarded the OBE for services to technology and innovation.
