Jia Lu

Jia Lu has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Summer School Student at UC Berkeley. In 2010, they worked as a DREAM Programme Student at The Ohio State University. From 2013 to 2019, Jia Lu held various positions at the University of Cambridge, including Research Assistant and later, Postdoctoral Research Associate. They then moved to The Babraham Institute in 2019, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist until 2021. Currently, Jia Lu is a principal scientist at PhoreMost Ltd, having held previous roles as Senior Scientist II and Senior Scientist I from 2021 to 2023.

Jia Lu completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Cambridge and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pathology.

- In 2011 and 2012, they studied at Imperial College London, earning an MSc degree in Molecular Biology and Pathology of Viruses (Virology).

- Jia Lu's undergraduate studies were completed from 2007 to 2011 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they achieved a BSc degree in Biochemistry.

- Prior to their university education, they attended The affiliated high school of south china normal university from 2004 to 2007 for their High School degree.
