Howard Helen is a strategy and operations leader with over a decade of experience in scaling SaaS businesses and driving revenue strategy. Currently, as a Senior Manager of Planning & Strategy at Phorest Salon Software, they focus on optimizing operations. Previously, they played pivotal roles at Casper and LetsGetChecked, where they developed key processes and led market expansions that significantly boosted revenue. Howard holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, where they also completed an internship in economic research.
