Nikolay Pakov

Nikolay Pakov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Phos since March 2024, Nikolay has previously held significant roles at DXC Technology from June 2018 to March 2024, including Account Delivery Lead and Account Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operational and financial performance, driving service quality, and managing high-severity incidents. Prior to DXC Technology, Nikolay worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an IT Service Management Analyst and Service Level Manager, focusing on delivery metrics and service level agreements. Nikolay began his career as a POS Technical Support Supervisor at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a high school diploma in Mathematics from the High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences "Nikola Obreshkov" Bourgas.
