Sheila Carl is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Phospholutions, Inc. since May 2022, Sheila previously held multiple roles at Mission Critical Partners from January 2016 to December 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Sheila started the HR career at the Borough of State College, where roles spanned from IT Business Analyst to Human Resources Administrative Assistant from February 2000 to January 2016. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University, as well as two Associate's degrees in Business Administration from Vincennes University and in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Central Penn College.
