Leon Wolf

Leon Wolf is an experienced grant development manager and consultant with a strong background in supporting cleantech startups and small businesses in securing federal funding. Currently serving as the Grant Development Manager at Photon Marine, Leon leads grant proposals focused on electric outboard propulsion technology, recently achieving a $7 million award for port decarbonization. As the owner of LEON WOLF CONSULTING, LLC, Leon provides grant writing and proposal support for SBIR/STTR programs. Previous roles include Grant Development Lead at Climate Finance Solutions and Director of the Federal Funding Assistance Program at VertueLab, where Leon facilitated funding opportunities across various industries. Leon's early career at Hewlett Packard involved project management and engineering roles in R&D and manufacturing processes. Leon holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University at Buffalo respectively.
