Currently serving as Vice President of Client Strategy & Innovation at Photon, Zwang focuses on enhancing customer experience and leveraging generative AI and technology transformations. Past roles include Principal Strategy Consultant at Z Strategic IT Consulting Inc., and Senior Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure at Ralph Lauren, where Zwang spearheaded global IT initiatives and optimized service delivery. With a strong background in strategic vision and operational leadership across major organizations such as Tyco International and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Zwang has consistently delivered significant cost savings and innovation in technology management. Zwang holds a Master of Science in Computer & Information Science from the University of New Haven and a BA in Biology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
