Varun Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, technology management, and software development. Since February 2017, Varun has served as a Manager of Customer Success at Photon, focusing on relationship management with key stakeholders and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Varun worked as a Senior Manager of Technology at SecureNow Techservices Private Limited, where responsibilities included project planning and alignment of business goals with technology solutions. Varun's early career includes a marketing internship at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and a role as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies, where involvement in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was prominent. Varun holds a Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology.
