Inga Stepanova

Inga Stepanova is a finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager at Photon Energy Group since May 2024. With extensive experience in preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Inga has previously held senior manager and senior accountant roles at Accolade Group, where responsibilities included coordinating accounting processes and implementing new reporting systems. Earlier experience includes senior and junior accounting positions at Mazars and an accounting assistant role at Locke & Hobbes a.s. Inga holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
