Ann Whyte

Ann Whyte has extensive work experience in the field of public relations and corporate communication. Ann held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Photonicsens since 2014. Before that, they founded their own virtual PR agency called nVentif in 2011. Prior to that, they worked at DS2 from 1999 to 2010, where they served as Director of Corporate Communication and Semiconductor PR. In this role, they developed and implemented strategic communication plans and identified media and communication opportunities. Before joining DS2, Ann worked at the Dublin European Office in Brussels as the Director of the European Representative Office from 1995 to 1999. Their early career includes working at European Strategy S.A. in Brussels as an Account Manager in European Affairs from 1990 to 1995. In this position, they provided leadership and advocacy for various clients, including Pepsi Cola, Rolls Royce, and the City of London Corporation.

Ann Whyte attended University College Cork from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study during this time is unspecified. In 2001 to 2002, Ann obtained a Diploma in Dirección y Administración General de Empresas from Escuela de Negocios Lluís Vives in Valencia, Spain. Later in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Certificate in Social Networks at ESIC Business & Marketing School. Most recently, in 2016, Ann enrolled at ESIC: Business & Marketing School to study Finanzas para no Financieros, a field of study focusing on finance.
