Prior to this role, Jeff served as a Senior Technical Writer and Production Manager at Lionbridge, leading the creation of user manuals for Hewlett-Packard LaserJet products and training junior staff. Jeff's career began as a Technical Writer at Marketron, focusing on writing and editing software manuals. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1993 and 1997.
