Reuben Otey

Reuben Otey is a United States Navy veteran who transitioned into the insurance industry and is currently a Senior Vice President at PHP Agency, an Integrity Company. After serving eight years in the Navy, where they earned multiple decorations, Reuben began their career in financial services with no prior experience and quickly rose to a leadership role. Reuben is dedicated to empowering communities through financial literacy and actively develops and trains new leaders in the industry. Reuben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Colorado Technical University, where they achieved a 3.5 GPA.
